April 18th will include a luncheon with event planner, florist and floral instructor, John Grady Burns (jgbflora.com ). John Grady will demonstrate and educate on flowers and parties.

Fine Gardens (atlantafinegardens.com) will present, "What is a garden?" Brooks provides an entertaining and often hysterical look at the answer. Wine and beer will accompany delicious hors d'oeuvres presented by Catering by Narvell. An exciting addition to this event is the Bourbon Tasting. Samples will include Bourbon and Whiskey from Makers Mark, Jim Beam and Prichard’s Distillery. The evening will also highlight the floral interpretations created by local designers and their celebrity guests.

Friday, April 19th begins with an informal lecture on garden design featuring Brooks Garcia.

The Friday luncheon speaker is Chris Giftos, former master floral designer and   special events wonder from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. For 33 years Chris worked with a veritable who's-who of clients, from Lady Diana to Lady Gaga.
